Our professional network and knowledge of community services, hospital programs and other specialized private practices allow us to offer support to folks having difficulty finding the right care.
Meet Alina Philip. Alina is an experienced and integrative therapist specializing in trauma, chronic pain, and family conflict. She offers EMDR, DBT, and CBT both in-person and virtually on Mondays.
Meet Lori Dunne. Lori is an empathetic and compassionate virtual therapist who focuses on anxiety, OCD, trauma, and emotion regulation using EMDR, ACT, DBT, and more. Available Sunday afternoons.
Meet Liam Younger. Liam is a warm, client-centered therapist supporting teens and adults through anxiety, OCD, and life transitions using CBT, ACT, and IPT. He offers in-person and virtual sessions Mondays and Tuesdays.
Meet Jarvis. Jarvis is our playful therapy pup in training, offering comfort, companionship, and lots of cuddles to clients during in-person sessions throughout the week. He works under the supervision of Elisha Schafer.
Meet Candice Brimner. Candice is a compassionate and recovery-informed therapist with lived experience, supporting teens and individuals with addictions and concurrent disorders. Available Fridays for both in-person and virtual appointments.
Meet Kailey Tufford. Kailey is a supportive therapist specializing in eating disorder recovery and body image concerns, offering CBT-E, FBT, and DBT. She provides care on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, in-person and virtually.
Meet Esther Arase. Esther is a thoughtful therapist helping clients manage anxiety, OCD, and self-esteem challenges. She offers in-person and virtual sessions Mondays through Wednesdays.
Meet Susan Giroux. Susan is a seasoned therapist helping clients with burnout, life transitions, OCD, and anxiety. She offers collaborative virtual care on Mon-Tues and in-person sessions Wed-Thurs.
Meet Julie Foster. Julie is a strengths-based, compassionate therapist supporting clients through trauma, OCD, anxiety, and life transitions. She offers virtual and in-person sessions Monday through Thursday and bi-weekly Saturdays.
Meet Natalia Serniak. Natalia is our clinic manager who brings warmth, organization, and exceptional client care to the Lotus team. She’s here to support you Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm.
Meet Stephanie Kolaski. Stephanie is a dedicated perinatal mental health therapist specializing in anxiety, OCD, and concurrent disorders. She facilitates the WeOCD and Mindful Mama’s groups and sees clients Sunday to Thursday.
Meet Marvel. Marvel is a registered therapy dog bringing calm, joy, and occasional naps to in-person sessions. He supports clients by simply being his sweet, gentle self during therapy with Elisha.
Meet Elisha Schafer. Elisha is the Director of Lotus and an expert in treating OCD using ERP. She combines CBT, ACT, and mindfulness in a collaborative and values-based approach to therapy.
Meet Tiffany Graham. Tiffany is a grounded and recovery-focused therapist supporting clients with BPD, emotional dysregulation, and addiction through DBT, CPT, and creative expression. She’s available on Fridays.
Meet HeeJoo Lim. HeeJoo is a compassionate therapist offering personalized support for anxiety, OCD, and trauma using CBT, ACT, and ERP. She offers evening sessions Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Meet Jacinth Evans. Jacinth is an empathetic therapist focusing on anxiety, life transitions, and emotional regulation through CBT, DBT, and CPT. She offers virtual sessions on Mondays.
Meet Hani Gorji. Hani is a nurse psychotherapist specializing in BPD, family support, and emotional regulation. She uses DBT, CPT, and CBT and is available for sessions on Mondays.
