Liam is an open-minded, compassionate, and non-judgemental therapist who uses a client-centered, eclectic approach. He draws from ACT, CBT, and IPT to guide his therapeutic process and help clients live in alignment with their values. Liam believes in every person's ability to lead a fulfilling life and is committed to walking alongside clients as they work toward balance, clarity, and meaningful change.
