OCD Support Group in Ontario

WeOCD Therapeutic Support Group

A safe and supportive environment where members share success and struggle, inspire one another, and learn from each other's unique experiences.

We are more than a group, we are a community that offers a shared understanding of the unique challenges and traps of living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Through a combination of therapeutic exercises, monthly ACTion items, mentorship, and encouragement, members support and learn from one another. Most people living with OCD will need a support system, or two, and we offer a safe and accepting environment that provides support and accountability.

OCD is stubborn, rigid, and avoidant, so we aim to "act opposite" by leaning into flexibility, curiosity, and willingness.
