I will work with you to build upon these strengths and to help you heal, grow, enhance your well-being and achieve your personal goals. Together we will work on strategies to challenge unhelpful thinking, skills to help you feel more in control of your emotions and behaviours and ways to enhance your well-being in the areas of life that matter most to you.
