Julie is a compassionate and non-judgemental therapist who believes clients are the experts of their own lives. She supports individuals in building upon their existing strengths to heal, grow, and achieve personal goals. Julie works collaboratively with clients to develop strategies that challenge unhelpful thoughts, improve emotional regulation, and foster well-being in the areas of life that matter most.
