Men's Mental Health Group in Ontario

Men's Mental Health Support Group

A judgment-free space for men to talk openly about stress, mental health, and the pressures of everyday life, supported by our clinical team.

Men are often expected to carry it all and say nothing. This group is a place to put some of that down.

Led by Liam Younger, the men's mental health group at Lotus Counselling Services brings men together to talk honestly about what they are dealing with, learn practical strategies, and realize they are not carrying it alone. No diagnosis required, no pressure to perform, just real support.

Support that actually fits

A space built for men

Many men are told to push through, stay busy, or handle it alone. This group is a place to set that down and talk honestly, without judgment.

Led by a clinician

Sessions are facilitated by Liam Younger, so the group stays supportive, structured, and safe, not just an open vent session.

Real talk, real tools

Open conversation about stress, work, relationships, and pressure, paired with practical strategies you can actually use.

Connection over isolation

You are not the only one carrying it. Hearing from other men facing similar pressures is part of how the group helps.

The pressures men actually carry

Every group is shaped by the men in it. These are some of the things that come up most.
