Treatment Philosophy: My therapeutic approach is very client-centered, and eclectic, drawing on a number of modalities based on client interests and goals. I have a particular passion for supporting neurodivergent clients, particularly clients who were diagnosed late in life, as I understand some of the unique gifts, and challenges, of having this amazingly creative brain. My approach is authentic, open, light-hearted, and collaborative, utilizing a number of creative methods to tailor treatment plans to support clients on the journey of self-discovery, and personal wellness.
