Treatment Philosophy: I believe in authentic, non-judgemental therapeutic engagement that meets you where you are at in life. My goal is to hold space for you and I to work together in a safe and supportive environment where we can explore those difficult emotions, thoughts, and situations that you’re currently experiencing – helping you to shape your journey towards wellness.
My practice is an eclectic approach that allows me to work with you to customize therapy specific to your particular needs and concerns. I firmly believe that everyone’s journey towards healing is unique, which is why I do not operate from a one-size fits all approach. I value collaborative work with my clients because you are the expert of your own life, and because of this, I want to work with you to find and create solutions to overcome the barriers that are getting in the way of the life you want to live.
