# Lotus Counselling Services

> Private psychotherapy clinic in Waterdown, Ontario (Hamilton area), and Ontario's OCD and ERP specialists. Evidence-based therapy delivered in-person in Waterdown and virtually across all of Ontario. Founded 2014 by Elisha Schafer. A team of 15+ Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers. Our deepest specialty is OCD: multiple ERP-trained therapists, an OCD Intensive Program, and a clinician training arm, depth that general therapy practices do not offer.

- Unlike most therapy clinics, Lotus offers physician-led psychiatry and medication management, integrated with therapy so care stays coordinated. No doctor referral is required to get started.
