Mindflex is an 8-week group designed to enhance psychological flexibility and move you towards what matters most!

Mindflex is an ACT based group to promote emotional awareness, psychological flexibility, and values aligned action. This group aims to help you open up, become present and do what matters most while understanding what has been getting in the way.

This group uses creative, experiential exercises and metaphors to enhance your understanding of the materials and yourself.

Group sessions will be held virtually on Thursday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00pm.

Space is limited to 8 participants.
